Dear Leslie,

I’m glad to write to you. I’m Li Jin who comes from Cheng Guang and I’m a student who is one of the members of the Student Union. Our school would like to give away some books to the Chinese class in your school. The number of the books is about 1000, including all kinds of books on art, spirit and so on.

On the one hand, I’m writing to tell you about taking part in the Summer Camp, and we will give these books to your school. On the other hand, if you have any problem, we will be willing to help you. Of course, we will go to your school in June this year.
